[Elecraft] Brain Dead: K2 question

Can someone refresh my memory, what does SPCH 0.4 and SPCH 1.0 mean in the 
VOX mode? I can't seem to find it in the manual. I'd like to increase the 
vox gain so my Heil ProSet will work (without screaming in to the mic)...any 
clues?
