Hi!

Did by bump the "voltage select" switch on the control board? It's easy to
move when working inside the K2.

Did you possibly connect the speaker backwards? If the speaker plug is wired
backwards it shorts the output audio line to ground when you plug it in. It
doesn't seem to hurt anything but does just about completely kill the audio
output.
