[Elecraft] Tilt stand tilt?

This usually indicates that your alignment of the case and 2D fasteners was left
slightly off during assembly. Try loosening the case screws on the side panels
and top/bottom covers slightly and then gently twist the case to align it. Then
re-tighten the screws.
