[Elecraft] DX on 1.9watts

I'm sure a regular occurance for many with better and more efficient
antennas than my attic loop, but this was a first using such low power.
I heard OK1MVD, Jan from the Czech Republic a few minutes ago on 28449
and got him on my 2nd call. He copied me 3x2 -  I checked my power
(thought i was at 5-6watts) and found i was still set at 1.9 watts from
my previous CW QSO the night before! He's still there as of 1544z.
