[Elecraft] T4 question

Dear All,

K2 # 2448 is nearing completion! For T4 (binocular core), I am puzzled by 
the dimenions given, for cutting and stripping the wire on the core.

If I use the dimensions in the manual the transformer will stand about a 
centimetre of the board. It looks like the dimensions need about 10mm taken 
off them, ie cable length from core to tip 12mm and strip 3mm of the end of 
the lead.

Is this right?
