[Elecraft] KFL1-4 Help

K1 4 band (40,30,20,15):

I have finished building and am in the alignment mode of 
the Filter Board. Let me also say that I am building on 
a kit that was handed to me partially done (the filter 
board built by the owner). As far as I can see, it was 
built correctly.  

I have great reception and output on 30 and 40 meters 
but NO receive or output on 20 and 15. I have been all 
thru the board and schematic and can find no logical 
explanation for it. When I was doing the receiver 
alignment, I did notice that I could hear my signal 
transmitted from my station on those bands and was able 
to peak the Premix Filter but RF Filter peaking had no 
effect.  When I did the first set of resistance checks 
in the instructions of this board I had readings of 
infinity when it said I should have more than 100K, I 
took infinity to mean that is was more than 100K but 
maybe I should have read something more than 100K but 
less than infinity?  

I have found that the relays latch in each of the band 
selections and I have continuity for the proper relay 
contacts for each band selection.  As far as I can see 
all the inductors and transformers have been wound 
correctly.  It is like there is a blockage of some sort 
when it comes to 20/15 meters but I can't see what it 
is.  Any and all ideas are welcome.
