[Elecraft] Re:Targus power supply @ 50 $ deal

Circuit City has a rebate deal netting the  PA-AC-70w to $ 50.00...
This supply uses different tips, plugged into a four cond jack, at the end 
of the dc output cable to " program the output voltage and current. The 
output is 2- 24 VDC at up to 3.5 amps.

I dremel tooled one of the output plugs, and determined that the four 
conductors  consist of :  from the top  - angled side of connector
1.  resistor to the gnd line  ( line # 2)
2.	gnd of the power output & gnd for the "program"
3.      hot side of the power out ....
4.     resistor for program  second resistor to the ground line ....

anyone else wanna rip open , test and help set a good 14.2 level output ????

It would be a perfect oem part for eric & wayne ... ; unless they needed to 
sell it for 119 retail...
