[Elecraft] Endorsement: filter alignment method

Thanks to KD5NDB for describing the "el cheapo" noise generator
(reflector, 12/11/02, "Noise generator was Spectrogram - Again"). I
built it "ugly style" on an ancient terminal strip, since I don't
anticipate needing to use it very often. Spending a few bucks on
Spectrogram is, in my opinion, well worth it; it would take me until
spring to complete the alignment if I was only able to use it for ten
minutes a day! Took me quite a while just to get used to the BFO
operation in CW normal/reverse and USB/LSB.
