I didn't see any response to this on the list.  I too am curious.  I have a
80m/17m filter board.  There was no C78 in my 80m filter board component
pack (received 07/02) either.  The K1 Upgrade application note also fails to
mention installation of C78 in older K1s.

So, should C78 be installed in all K1s with 80m boards, or should it not be
installed at all?
