[Elecraft] sidetone volume

Snowing here so updating my K2.

Somewhere along the line I lost the ability to change sidetone level (no
change in level when in STL mode). I checked voltages on U8 and all is ok
except pin 10 is suppose to read 0v and reads 5v and pin 11 is suppose to be
5v but reads 0v. Either misprint in manual or this may be my problem. The
voltage does not change on pin 1 which is the tonevol, but reads a constant
.30v. I also checked RP7 pin 5 (.30v) and pin 6 (.13v).

I am stumped as to what to check next. Maybe someone else would know or have
an idea? Maybe bad U8?
