[Elecraft] KAT100-1 Firmware Question

Page 24 of the KAT100 manual specifies that firmware rev. 2.03d or 
later is required, along with IOC 1.07 or later.  When I fire up my K2 
(#1294) with what I thought were all the latest (or at least quite) late 
chips, the front panel displays 2.02f   1.02.  Inside the box, the SSB 
processor chip says 1.07 on the tag and the big chip on the controller
board says 2.02f.  Will this set up operate the KAT100-1, and if not,
when did Elecraft stop sending the required firmware upgrades with
kits?  Is 2.03d a typo that should be 2.02d?  I can find no mention
of 2.03d on their web site.  Any suggestions would be greatly 
appreciated.
