[Elecraft] K1 4 Band Module help

I just finished the 4 band module for my K1 and have
no output on 20 and 15 meters.  I checked all the
toroids and the windings are correct and the sloder
connections are good.  All the caps are of the right
value.  Is there any way to check the crystals or any
other things I can check?
