I haven't done a thorough check, but the PS-125 I received with my new
IC-756 PRO2 appears to be silent both acoustically and electrically.
Slight fan noise only which I can't hear with the cans on.

After reading the dismal report on the PS-85 I was not thrilled by the
prospect of getting a PS-125, however "free", but it appears to be a
great little switcher.
