[Elecraft] substitution

Revision C Manual on page 64, left hand column, second step, explains on
mounting a self-adhesive thermal pad to the pc board for q6. Problem is i
must have lost it. What can i put into its place?=0D

This unit could be finished in a matter of no more than a couple of hours
and sure would hate to tie it up for more than a week waiting for a
replacement from elecraft.=0D
