Hi Lyle:
The problem started when I set up in New Orleans for the first use. I
could not get the rig to tune into the antenna or dummy load. I did not
try the rig into the load without the tuner. I just wanted to get it to
work to make a sked. I was just glad to get it to function to keep the
sked. The rig is still in New Orleans. I am back in N.Y.    I will be
back in New Orleans again this week end and will bring the rig back to
its home. By next week I will have time to do a real through systematic
procedure to determine if the problem is temperature related or not.
