[Elecraft] Hint for increasing VOX sensitivity

I have what sounds like the same problem, Bill. Eric WA6HHQ suggested 
changing KSB2 R14 from 1K to about 5K. This will increase mic gain as 
well as VOX gain, so it may be necessary to lower the SSBA parameter. I 
haven't tried it yet.
