	For KAT100, #1932 needed a brain upgrade from 2.20H and IOC 1.02. Drat.
Record menu settings and CAL FIL. Replace brains. Add 180K in parallel with
control board R1 while in there. Power up, dreaded 11 second 210 message.
Reenter Primary and Secondary menu items. Reset filters with Spectrogram and
N0SS noise generator; minor pitch changes across CW-CW reverse, USB and LSB.
Great, better than before. Listen to 75m net, sounds fine. Go to 7.000 to
find birdie to tweak AF filter (set side tone lower). No birdie. Instead, a
distant slowly rising and falling pitch like is heard when running CAL PLL
with audio on. Oh oh. Better run CAL PLL. INFO 230. Whack head, move counter
cable from TP2 to TP1. Rerun CAL PLL. INFO 232. Oh oh. Check, 7.050 yes, TP1
yes, unplug and plug anyway, re-run CAL PLL. INFO 232. Shut K2 off, turn
back on. Rerun CAL PLL. INFO 232. Now what? Reset K2 back to factory
defaults and start over again or what? Send to Elecraft hospital for
resuscitation?
