[Elecraft] Elecraft preferred freq?

Hi all,
        I haven't worked a fellow K2/K1 owner for a while now (apart from
ZL1MH and ZL2BBB here in ZL), and I seem to remember there was a set of
frequencies suggested some time back as "Elecraft" contact frequencies.
Do they still apply?.....what are they??...and does anyone still use them?
I am active with my K2 and my "not very flash" CW most evenings (here) from
0400z to a max of 1300z most evenings on 20m.  I work lots of "KenYeaIco"
sets but I haven't worked a K2/100 yet!
