There's another kind of "it happened again" going on too...

The other night I was tuning around 7040 when I heard a bodacious signal
and "read the mail" for a bit to hear the op saying how great it was to
be running 100 watts with the new KPA100. I've heard that two or three
times over the past week. 

I wonder if some of us with K2's got in the habit of hanging around the
QRP frequencies and after adding a  KPA100 we forgot that 7040 is a
special frequency for low power use here in North America. 

There's no LAW that says someone can't run 100 watts on 7040 or any of
the other QRP calling frequencies, but I have always considered it part
of being a HAM to respect these "gentleman's agreements".
