[Elecraft] NZ7C: K2/100 & LGD MP-11 questions

The K2 doesn't have any knowledge about the LDG tuner, so I 
would not expect the K2 to directly initiate a tune cycle on the LDG, 
unless the LDG notices a hi SWR and does it on its own.

Also note that the K2/100 automatically sets it's power out to 20W 
when you tell it to tune. I doin't know if that has anything to do with 
the LDG tuner's reaction, but it is worth remembering.
