[Elecraft] "LO BATT" warning: Why ?

Good Morning,

I've suddenly started to get a "LO BATT" warning on my K2 but have no 
battery.  How do I tell the K2 that there is no battery?  Also display 
suddenly shows 0 volts although current is accurate.
