[Elecraft] Wrong gauge wire on SSB unit toroids?

I think you are right Peter.  The general rule for toroids is to use the
largest size that will fit.  Those sizes are pretty close anyway.  They did,
however, include enough wire of each size for you to rewind if necessary.
