Ingo;
You are assuming that the SWR bridge can actually measure the difference
between a SWR 1.04:1 and 1.09:1.  Most of them, including the design used in
the Elecraft bridges, do not have this type of accuracy.  The other question
is why does one care if the SWR is 1.0:1 or 1.1:1.  At HF frequencies, that
degree of difference isn't going to effect your communications ability.
