[Elecraft] Attaching KAT100 to K2

<PRE>I think Don Brown, KD5NDB, has made a very good suggestion to design a pair 
of side panels so the KAT100 can be attached to the bottom of the K2.  Dave 
Belsley,W1EUY, was concerned that the K2 heat sink might not be able to 
dissipate heat properly with the KAT100 attached.  To take care of air 
circulation, the new side panels could have slits at appropriate locations 
AND/OR a new K2 heat sink could be designed to have slits on the bottom of
