Anyone who'd read the instructions that came with the KIO2 would know that:

 a) the DB9 has non-standard pinouts; i.e. Extra signals not in the RS-232
spec,

 b) AuxBus is one of them,

 c) Computer control only uses TD, RD and SigGnd.

Wayne's earlier post said

 d) the KAT100 needed AuxBus.

So, a Y adapter putting AuxBus [and sig gnd] on one leg and TD, RD and
SigGnd on the another follows trivially.

Come on guys, use your brains not the bandwidth!
