[Elecraft] U 1 Controller for K 2

Page 36 of he K 2 Transciever Kit calls for the installation of I/O =
controller, U 1 [PIC16C72] or Alt: 16C72A. The Chip in the package is =
labeled K102C with 102 un the first numbers. This was installed, but the =
resistance checks don't match any of the numbers in the ccchart paaage =
36 for the checks from the U 1 pins to ground.

Is this chip a good sub for the ones listed in the manual???
