Tnx fer the quick reply.. rec on 40 is good.  I'll start with the filters.

When first building, there was one relay that was slow to switch. When 
changing bands, the relays would switch and then a slow one would finally 
switch. What ever was causing the problem got fixed or the relay has 
failed; cause now I no longer hear the slow one..maybe the relay was the in 
the 40 district (board geography).
