[Elecraft] FAQ Structure

There is already a "Builder's Resource" area ont he 
Elecraft web page.  This page is getting a bit crowded.

Ideally, it may be time to structure current and future 
web links and documents around the "life cycle" of the 
kit-builder.  FAQ could be included in each section.

Kit Building 101 (aka "The Art of KitBuilding", What is 
involved)
Preparation for Building (Order, Tools, Workbench)
Builder Resource (Actual kit building phase)
Check-out, testing and troubleshooting
Putting it on the Air (Initial setup, accessories)
Adding personality ("customizations")
