[Elecraft] K2 #2794 preamp problem?

Well... K2 #2794 is alive, but something seems odd. With no preamp/att I get
good sigs on RX, but when I activate the preamp, sigs...drop???? It seems to
be working like this.. No pre/att = good rx sigs. att = slightly reduced
sig. pre = even less sig. Any suggestions where to start? I've checked all
solder connections, etc. The only thing I can think of is the drawing for T2
seemed a bit confusing and I had second thoughts about it after I wound it
(The count were right, but the sense wasn't clear to me). Not sure if this
would have anything at all to do with the preamp (Haven't had time to go
over the schematics yet), but it kinda sticks out as the only real 'Hmmmm'
moment while building.

Any suggestions?
