[Elecraft] KPA-100 Problems

OK.  Some progress.  I had installed P6 backwards on the K2.  So I simply
reversed J1 and suddenly had lots of noise coming from 40 meters.  For a
moment I had full K2 output on the power meter.  Then I hit tune again and
nothing.  Even with nothing, I was getting some action on C1.  But,
sometimes the SWR shows on the display and sometimes it doesn't.  Now I'm
back to a state of having receive through the KPA-100 but no RF getting back
out to the antenna - even though momentarily I did.
