I sort my capacitors into 3"x5" zip lock bags. These bags have a white
panel on them, and you can write the value and/or the part number on the
panel with a ball point pen.
You can still see the capacitors through the bag, and if you drop it, it's
not a disaster like dropping the muffin tin (which I have done)!
It works great.
