Wow!  Thanks to this thread, I just went down and inventoried for my
second K2, KSB2, KAF2, KNB2, K160M and KPA100.  After building the
first K2+KPA100 without anything missing, what a shock it was to
find that I am missing the K2, KSB2, KAF2, KNB2, K160M and KPA100
along with the MH2!

Eric or Wayne, whichever of you reads this first, I'm sure that this was a
simple oversite.

So, all we need to do to complete the parts and straighten this out is:

K2, KSB2, KAF2, KNB2, K160M, KPA100 and MH2.  Yep.  That's all I'm
missing.  I just verified.
