Paul,

While I am familiar with the existance of free website services, I have
absolutely no experience using them.  As I stated previously, I run an NSP
myself so, I have no reason to use them.

Off the top of my head, geocities.com is one.  I'll leave it as an
exercise to the reader to find othr free alternatives and figure out how
to use them.
