[Elecraft] Little brain-power needed!

Hi Everybody.
K2 #2681 is upto Alignment/Test Part 2.
4mHz Osc is ok and the PLL ref. osc Range Test is ok.
However, going onto the VCO  test, running CAL FCTR on 4000.10 gives me a
0000 reading.
Probe is ok & TP3 are both ok.
The VCO control voltage is steady on 8.3v & adjusting L30 makes no
difference.

The above also occurs on the 18 & 28mHz bands, but the other bands are ok.

Rx is fine on 40m.

All caps C70 to C74 are ok & D21 to D26 are per the circuit.

I'm guessing I have something strange around relays K13, 14 & 15 (all of
which seem to be changing-over ok). Can anybody tell me which components, if
any, have 80m, 17m & 10m in common around the VCO?  My ancient brain is into
overload!
