[Elecraft] Jumper wires

     Just dealt with this a few nights ago :). R18 and R19 are "jumper
wire" resistors.  The jumpers literally go where the resistors would.
     I was completely planning on installing the KAF2 and was trying to be
sure to not solder jumpers into places where pin headers were about to go
when, blast!, I soldered the R18 and R19 jumper wires.  I promptly removed
them and ordered the KAF2 (I'm using this kit to stave off loneliness from
temporary lack of house mates, so I'm not moving too quickly :).  The KAF2
arrived today, so I'll be soldering in the headers and then just plugging
in jumpers :).
