I just checked the specs on the WM-2 at the website and it is 5% of full
scale. Given that you are likely using the 10 W scale of the WM-2, that
is a 0.5 W possible absolute error.
And the K1 wattmeter will not be perfect, either. So finding that the
WM-2 and the K1 differ by 0.5 W is not a bit surprising.
