[Elecraft] K2 ATU Question

I now understand the "problem". There isn't one. When pressing "Tune", the 
power out is limited to 3 watts. If I call for 5 watts and then Tune using 
the ATU, I only get 3 watts. But, if after tuning up, I use a key, the 
external wattmeter show the requested power out. I remembered reading this 
previously but it didn't register when doing the actual operation. Sorry I 
wasted all of your time.
