Hi John,

No, it is a 117N7GT..it's a combination rectifier/amplifier tube.
It was used in the Hallicrafters tranceiver version of the S-38
whose nomenclature I don't remember. According to my 1953
ARRL Handbook it was good for 1.2 watts out.

Well, I suppose I AM old, but then again I started young!
