[Elecraft] KAT2 issues

Hi all!

Got my KAT2 through the letterboxc this morning, and am presently 
constructing it!

During construction I have noted a few problems.

-The space for components around the main CPU socket (U1) is to narrow. I 
hope that the resonator has not been affected by the pressure.
-Also C45&C60, means that J4 connector CANNOT sit vertically, it is at a bit 
of an angle which is sorted when the two boards are screwed together.
-Decent sidecutters are a nescessity! Just hope my cuts are low enough (well 
theres one way to find out ;) construction continues).
