I did the same thing. I'm right-handed, but the second toroid I wound 
came out backwards. It's only one of the RF chokes, so I don't mind so 
much. I have plenty of leftover wire, so I may be motivated on day to 
rewind it....

Oh, but that would mean I would have to re-tin the leads. I hate tinning 
toroid leads...
