I use the Astron switcher, which runs around 20 ICS and continuous. 
 Before that I used the RS-35 for my 100 W rigs.

I would not try the 16 A supply -- assuming the K2/100 has a 100% duty 
cycle at 100 W (some rigs do).  MIght be a bit marginal
