[Elecraft] WAS K2

Thursdays mail brought the Elecraft WAS certificate.  This is a nice piece 
of wallpaper.  This one was for WAS with the K2.  I tried to see if I had 
it all QRPp but had to settle for simple QRP - I think I was missing two 
states QRPp.

I want to tnx Jerry, K6III and the Elecraft crew for the setting this thing 
up.

Now I have to start tracking who I work that is also running a K1/K2 - 
something I rarely bother to log.  So that one I'm starting pretty much 
from scratch.  I log which rig I use, but rarely the rig the other fellow 
uses.  So I'll have to go though the notes and search the old QSL cards to 
see how may I can come up with.
