[Elecraft] INFO 232 message on 160

If you have version 2.0x of the firmare (you can find out by pressing any
button after first turning the rig on and while the LEDs say "ELECrAFT")
you run CAL PLL only on 40 meters and that sets it for all bands.

Now, if I could just get mine to do that!
