[Elecraft] Importing from USA to UK

Hi, Nicholas!  I'd say that once you have the order total in US dollars,
including postage/transportation, you're pretty much in the clear.  I don't
think you have to worry about VAT, though, since we (allegedly!) don't have
one: the total of your order plus postage would be the sum you'd pay (well,
sure, converted from pounds to dollars or vice versa)...unless I'm missing
something!
