[Elecraft] Importing from USA to UK

Hi all,

I am looking to possibly import some bits from the USA to the UK. I just 
want to double check if I have done my calculations correctly and in the 
right order:

1.) Get total order value in Dollars($)
2.) Make sure exempt from import duty
3.) Convert Dollars($) to Pounds Sterling(�)
4.) Add 17.5% VAT to UK(�) amount to get the final value of what I would be 
paying.

I know I brought this subject up earlier, but that was a while ago.
