[Elecraft] Instructions for assembly Oak Hills Research QRP WM-2 wattmeter kit ??

I received my Oak Hills Research WM-2 QRP Wattmeter Kit and it appears that
the instructions are missing.  Would someone be able to provide basic
information regarding the Parts List and Reference Designators used, plus
how to wind the toriods.

Although I could wait until next week to receive instructions from Oak
Hills, it would be fun to build the kit this weekend !
