[Elecraft] list server change

qth.net will be moving everyone on this list over to the mailman server shortly.
At that time you will receive a short welcome message. It will contain the new
address to post to for the list and will also list several links describing the
new features of the mailman server. Other than that you should not need to do
anything different to read and post to elecraft.
