[EIDXA] VK0EK on 15 meters

Worked them at 12:23 on 15 CW this morning.  Tom, W0WP, worked therm 
about 5 minutes before. Fair signal and only took a couple of calls.

They've been on 17 or 15 almost every morning on some mode or another.  
i start hearing them about 12:00 and seems like they fade out soon after 
12:30.
