[EIDXA] How hard is it to find a clock?

I did some banging around.  No one seems to manufacture the clock with a 
UTC "zone".  But all is not lost - it is a bit of a "one off" but you 
might consider this (see link attached).

I'm looking for an analog wall clock (with hands) that will sync with the
WWV and has UTC as a timezone option.  I've been looking on and off for
months.  I can find 2 of the 3 features I need, but I can't find all 3. 

 

Has ANYONE seen one of these?  Have one?  Know someone whose brother's 
best
friend's uncle's neighbor has one?
