[EIDXA] Filling out EIDXA Membership application.

Good advice. I will pay closer attention, to that.

My first time with psk, I was running a full kw and didn't realize the havoc I was wrecking. I was excited to instantly see 3 people jump to respond to my CQ...all of them yelling at me to turn it down!

Lessons learned....
